The Switchboard

The Switchboard is our very own online reporting portal, enabling organisations to refer directly to our services via a safe and secure link. The tool will also allow our team to offer immediate feedback using a timeline, which professionals can view to keep up-to-date with the support children and young people are receiving from us. The system will also provide vital alerts to key stakeholders on issues such as attendance or safeguarding, with a report generated at the end of any support we provide.
